Rebecca Armacost, President and Founder…

Rebecca has traveled the world in her personal and professional endeavors. She has embraced, engaged, educated and encouraged people of all cultural, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds. Her passion for people has fueled her commitment and dedication to provide individuals, teams and organizations with strategies to be more effective. Rebecca has held numerous leadership positions on various non-profit boards where she has championed the causes of women and children as well as promoted education for both.

As founder and President of Amani Consulting®, Rebecca brings more than 24 years of leadership experience, with the past 18 years focused on leadership development, organizational development and international Human Resources. Prior to Amani Consulting®, Rebecca held executive level positions in Human Resource departments for multi-national charities, healthcare systems and utilities.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Furman University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Development and Design from Fielding Graduate University. She is also certified as a Coach through New Ventures West, an International Coaching Federation accredited program. Rebecca is certified as a Master Change Agent through GE’s Six Sigma process.
